Delivery

Items we have in stock will be sent off to you within 3 working days. If we need to make your order from scratch, please give us a maximum of 28 days. If there is any hold-up or problem with colour choice we will contact you.

  

Postage and Packing

Within the UK our postal charges are £5.20 per product.

For Mainland Europe postage is £15.50.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Susie’s Sheepskin Boots, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

Returns Window
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@susiesheepskinboots.co.uk to notify us of your return.

  2. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to:

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us first. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Sheepskin products are natural and unique, so slight variations in colour or texture are normal and not considered faults.

 

What Size To Order

Our sheepskin boots come in standard shoe sizes and should be snug when you first start wearing, as the sheepskin will form around your feet. If you are unsure about what size to order, please contact us.
