Having left the final colour combination and braid to the team to choose I am over the moon with their choice. My shortie boots, to be used as slippers, are brilliant and do everything I hoped they would and I have remembered to proof them this time against the wet and stains. I shall be back for some more longer boots next winter to go with my existing pair. Thank you ladies you are amazing as always.

My beautiful & slightly customised mules arrived today, Purple Mules with Rainbow stitching. They are just perfect and really cosy. I'm definitely going to recommend to friends and family and possible treat myself to some shortie boots. Thank you.  

Wonderful! I bought a pair of made to order Traditional Boots in Ocean sheepskin about a month before Christmas for my mother. Susie kept me updated of the progress of the order and got the boots to me in time for Christmas despite having a very full order book! I phoned and ordered (unfortunately) after the cut-off date and we did not expect this last pair to come before Christmas. What a pleasant surprise! Our daughters loved their new slippers – in vibrant, cheerful colours and thick natural sheepskin! Perfect for young girls! I am wearing my slippers for the first time. They are magnificent because they are so warm. I hate having cold feet of an evening and they are wonderfully warm. They look really well made, beautifully stitched. We once visited the shop in Narberth. It is amazing

No better Ugs on the market, I've been buying Susies Ugs for years and my boots are still going strong after 4 years however I will get another pair when I'm down that way. Last December I bought a pair of your wonderful sheepskin slipper boots for my husband. They particularly appealed to me because they had the high triangle of material at the back. He had an Achilles tendon injury that had persisted for the previous year or more, had exercises, tablets, creams, wraps etc. He was not even nice to live with for a lot of that time as he was grumpy and couldn't walk far. I hoped that the high back might keep his Achilles warm and provide some comfort. I'm writing to let you know that they have not only worn ever so well, they still look like new, but have been worn constantly and within 2 weeks his Achilles improved and is now completely healed which I am sure is down to the clever design of the boots. We are delighted with the quality, fit and warmth of your slippers and the curative properties of the constant warmth and comfort that good quality sheepskin provides. I'm sure we will buy other items from you in future. Thank you for making such a great product.

I bought a pair of your boots for my daughter, she doesn't like paying for heating;-) The are extremely well made with a Vibram sole, which is excellent and hard wearing. You really get to know a company when something needs doing or changing. I got her size wrong, so I needed an exchange. Absolutely no hassle whatsoever, so thank you for that Susie. So in summary, great product, great service and thank you.

This was a shot in the dark – never heard of Suzie but from Google search found them. ..liked the sound of Suzie when I rang and purchased in advance not really knowing what to expect. My absolutely beautifully crafted slippers arrived last week and I haven't taken them off – a real pleasure amongst this COVID lockdown. My wife and son are now purchasing for themselves. They are not cheap but worth every penny for beauty, design comfort and practicality – you know you are worth it…….highly highly recommendable….. best find of 2020 for me by far and I don't give praise lightly.
