DELIVERY
Items we have in stock will be sent off to you within 3 working days. If we need to make your order from scratch, please give us a maximum of 28 days. If there is any hold-up or problem with colour choice we will contact you.
POSTAGE AND PACKING
Within the UK our postal charges are £4.50 per product.
For delivery to Eire and Europe £3.50 will be added to the standard postal charge.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns must be in 100% new condition, unworn.
Please ensure returned items are packaged safely as we cannot accept damaged returns. Goods returned by you are your responsibility so please obtain proof of postage.
To cancel and order please contact us immediately.
If the size is wrong we can exchange them but will not pay the postage cost.
WHAT SIZE TO ORDER
Our sheepskin boots come in standard shoe sizes and are a really snug fit. If you are unsure about what size to order, please contact us.
